15-19 Sep

15 Sep:  Headed back east to Dayton for 1/2 marathon and retrieving the airplane.

bolt in prop at Terri's house...

16 Sep:  Lots of things to do today...Joanne redid the landscaping of our house.  It looked pretty good.

17 Sep:  ran 1/2 marathon, then flew to Peoria, IL.  There was a car show at the mall across from my hotel.

18 Sep:  Long day of flying from IL to WY, with a stop in NE.  We have now landed the plane in 29 states over the 8 years we have owned it.  Tomorrow is #30.  This was after I tied down in Laramie, WY for the evening.  Amazing that the first flight was in the clouds, but smooth as butter, but the second in the clear was really bumpy.  BTW:  NE is boring from the air as well as the ground!

19 Sep:  Green River, WY

There was still snow on the mountains!  The folks in Laramie were telling me that they had 200% snow fall.  One of the passes that usually opens in May, didn't open till Jul...wow

I am safely on the ground in Ogden.  Now to find a hangar for the little one.  It was quite a trip.
