29 Jul:  I made Deviled Shrimp for dinner.  One of my childhood favorites that I always mess up the frying of the shrimp.  Tonite they turned out perfect.  My food photography skills haven't improved much over the 7 months I've been doing this.  It's tough, since I only photograph what I'm having for dinner, so usually rush to get the pictures so I can eat while it's still hot.
